At VSParticle we are passionate about innovation in nanotechnology for meaningful purposes. From our office in Delft, the Netherlands, we designed and developed a portfolio of Nanoparticle Generation and -Printing systems. Our current systems are research tools, allowing university researchers and R&D teams across the world to create new materials 10 times faster as with conventional systems! These new material combinations form the basis of revolutionary solutions for highly relevant applications, such as green hydrogen production and sensors for air quality measurements.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Online Marketeer / Growth marketer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing high-tech products, preferably within the green hydrogen market. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in growth hacking, executing efficient LinkedIn and email campaigns, generating quality leads, and delivering precise marketing reports. Proficiency in writing compelling content for ads and email campaigns is essential, along with a proven track record of successful campaign execution. Familiarity with basic HTML, website maintenance, and experience with Typo3, Mautic, and Matomo is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Growth Hacking & Campaign Management:
    1. Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to drive lead generation and engagement.
    2. Plan, manage, and optimize LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.
    3. Create, test, and refine ad copy and email content to improve conversion rates.
    4. Generating reports and sharing insights with stakeholders on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including analysis of data and recommendations for improvements.
  2. Email Marketing: You will be responsible for formatting and sending out our monthly newsletters. You'll manage the entire process, including segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance analysis. You'll also send, monitor, and fine-tune email campaigns to improve customer retention, generate leads, and boost conversions.
  3. Content Creation & Website Management:
    1. Write and curate compelling content for marketing campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
    2. Upload and maintain content on the company website, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    3. Utilize basic HTML skills for minor website updates and troubleshooting.
    4. Optimize our website to enhance user experience and increase conversions. Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
    1. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
    2. Deliver accurate and actionable marketing reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
    3. Utilize Matomo for web analytics and reporting purposes.

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the high-tech or green hydrogen sector.
  • Proven track record of executing successful LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with growth hacking strategies to drive lead generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise marketing reports.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills for ads and email campaigns.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Proficiency in basic HTML and experience with website maintenance.
  • Experience with content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Familiarity with Typo3, Mautic, and Matomo is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • You are enthusiastic, communicatively strong and enjoy contributing new ideas.
  • You enjoy working with data and diving into it.
  • You are a problem solver and work very accurately.
  • Adept in time- and project management (bring structure in the chaos).
