Visual Content Specialist

From our office in Delft, the Netherlands, we designed and developed a portfolio of Nanoparticle Generation and -Printing systems. Our current systems are research tools, allowing university researchers and R&D teams across the world to create new materials 10 times faster as with conventional systems! These new material combinations form the basis of revolutionary solutions for highly relevant applications, such as green hydrogen production and gas sensors. Our tools are also the robust foundation for self-driving labs. Beyond developing next generation research modules, we are also working towards an industrial scale machinery system to target the electrolyzer market. 

We are looking for a dedicated Visual Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing team! The main focus of this role will be to shape the visual storytelling of a high-tech company at the forefront of material innovation. As a Visual Content Specialist at VSPARTICLE, one of your main responsibilities will be to create impactful and compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full production process for high-quality videos, from concept development to final edits, ensuring that the content effectively communicates VSPARTICLE’s message and resonates with our B2B audience in the high-tech sector.

• Create impactful and compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity, including infographics, digital banners, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content strategies for campaigns, events, and digital channels.

• Plan, organize, and execute professional photo and video shoots to capture content that showcases our products, technology, and team.

• Maintain and develop VSPARTICLE’s visual brand identity to ensure consistency and professionalism across all platforms and materials.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with VSPARTICLE’s branding, messaging, and strategic goals.

• Take charge of VSPARTICLE’s YouTube channel by creating, optimizing, and managing video content to grow engagement and audience reach.

• Improving, developing, and strengthening the visual identity of our website

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in visual content, video production, and B2B marketing to keep VSPARTICLE’s visuals innovative and engaging.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors' degree in graphic design, multimedia design, digital media, visual communication, or film/video production.

• 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, video production, and multimedia content creation, ideally in a B2B high-tech environment.

• Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video and design.

• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of branding and marketing aesthetics.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter and take ownership of end-to-end content development, from conceptualization to execution.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to translate technical and complex ideas into engaging visual content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience with UI or UX design 

• Familiarity with B2B marketing and experience working in industries like Technology, Energy or Manufacturing is a plus.
